This recipe came about from my wife and I’s desire for a non-greek lamb burger and a bottle of HP Sauce that was aging away in the back our pantry.
Lamb Burger
A juicy English inspired burger.

Ingredients
Burger Patties
- 1 lb Ground lamb
- ½ tbsp Fresh rosemary minced
- ¼ tbsp Fresh thyme
- ½ Red onion diced
- ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp HP Sauce
- 1 Garlic clove minced
- ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
Finished burger components
- 4 Brioche buns
- Cheddar cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Tomato sliced
Instructions
- Combine all the burger patty ingredients together in a bowl.
- Form four patties from the meat mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook all four patties flipping once half way through to get an even browning on both sides until the measure 145°F and remove from pan.
- Place a burger on a bun and top as desired.
